d’Artoons is a resurrected form of visual squiggles on anything that can be laughed at by simple line and color. The form of picture is, at times, more important than the commentary. Hence the d’Art. I had started the theme some years ago, but then fell into the hard luck of painting real pictures-with a lot less humor, but a lot more skill. Now skill is simpler, just a loose style of the springboard idea (hence the toon) - and less polished has become shinier, more spirited fun.

I am a contributing blogger to the Huffington Post where, with a somewhat pithy title and tag line, they appear in reasonably irregular fashion.
